Jaya Bachchan, along with several other members of the Bollywood fraternity, attended the prayer meet held for the late Manoj Kumar on Sunday. However, an unexpected moment stole the spotlight—an interaction between Bachchan and a senior fan who attempted to take photos with the veteran actor. Bachchan appeared visibly upset as she confronted the woman, a moment captured by many and now widely circulating on the internet.

A video circulating on Instagram captures a tense moment involving Jaya Bachchan during a memorial gathering. As she stood at the venue, engaging in a conversation with other women, an elderly woman dressed in a green saree gently tapped her shoulder. What may have seemed like a friendly gesture didn’t sit well with the actor.

Visibly startled, Jaya turned, held the woman's arm, and moved her aside rather abruptly. She then glanced at a man—likely the woman’s companion—who was recording the moment on his phone. Clearly displeased, Jaya appeared to say something stern before walking away. The footage quickly made waves online, sparking mixed reactions from netizens.
