Start by picking the best and unbruised strawberries. Pluck the leaves and rinse them nicely to remove all the dirt. After washing, use a towel to dry the strawberries to get rid of excess moisture.
Now, chop off the stem area, transfer the strawberries to a tray and put them into a freezer. After the strawberries get partially frozen, transfer them to a zip-lock bag and freeze again.
And that's it. Just bring the strawberries to room temperature before consuming them.
Apart from this, you can also blend fresh strawberries and make a puree. After this, pour the puree into an ice tray and freeze. To store, transfer the cubes into a zip-lock bag.
