India vs Bangladesh: What Antigua weather has in store

The weather in North Sound region of

Antigua

on Saturday is expected to allow a full game in the 'Super 8s' match of the

T20 World Cup

betweeen India and Bangladesh, but interruptions because of a 'thunderstorm' can't be ruled out.
India, who defeated Afghanistan in their first Group 1 match of the 'Super 8s' stage, are the overwhelming favourites to win but can't take the plucky Bangladesh side lightly.

As fas the weather forecast in the region is concerned, the accuweather.com website shows it to be relatively okay.
"Partly sunny with a thunderstorm in spots," reads the forecast for Saturday in Antigua with a cloud cover of 41% and a couple of hours of rain spread out through the day.

The match begins 10:30 am local time, which is 8 pm IST.
India entered the 'Super 8s' unbeaten, after wins over Ireland, Pakistan, and USA in the group stage. India's match against Canada in Florida was washed out.

India haven't won an ICC event since their Champions Trophy triumph in 2013 under MS Dhoni and hope to end the 11-year wait for another global silverware by winning their second T20 World Cup.
India won the inaugural edition of the tournament in 2007, also under the captaincy of Dhoni.
