Sharing his experience Shiboprosad said, “Icche marks a landmark achievement for us, being its inaugural and most cherished project. Conceived in 2008, it underwent a three-year development phase before its 2011 release. Despite premiering alongside major films like Harry Potter and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and subsequent competition from Singham the following week, Icche carved out its niche at the box office, enjoying a successful 125-day theatrical run. Icche's audience numbers tell a compelling story: starting with 35 attendees on the first day, increasing to 350 the next day, and reaching full house status thereafter. This debut holds a special place in our hearts, as the first endeavor always does”.
