her special day with close friends and family. Talking about her birthday plans, the actress shared, “This morning was spent with the

specially-abled children

. The amount of happiness I get when I am with them is beyond. We cut the cake together and had a lot of fun. I got gifts for all the children as I am their foster mother.” She added, “At night we had a small get together with my closest school friends at my home.

My school friend from Hyderabad has come down to be with me on my birthday. I feel blessed to have such nice friends in my life. Kind of reunion of my friends and family for the sake of my birthday. Last year I missed celebrating my birthday as I was shooting in the UK. So, this year we all are planning to have a blast”
What are her birthday resolutions, we asked her? “Peace and good health- nothing more,” said the actress with a smile.
