How to opt out of marketing messages from a business
Some businesses may provide an option to opt out of receiving marketing messages by tapping the Opt out of marketing messages button in chat with the business. Tapping this button will notify the business that you would like to remove your WhatsApp number from their marketing mailing lists.
In case this doesn’t happen, you can always use the block option. If you block a business from sending you messages, you will also be blocked from sending messages to the business.
