DigiYatra lets users navigate airport checkpoints seamlessly, minimising the inconveniences associated with traditional procedures. It offers a convenient and technology-driven approach for travellers to register, access services, and experience a more streamlined journey through major airports across the country. Currently, this service is operational at three significant airports: Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in New Delhi, Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru, and Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Varanasi.
How to register on DigiYatra app
Step 1: Download
DigiYatra app
from Google Play Store or App Store.
Step 2: Open the app and tap the option ‘Get Started’ to start with the registration process.
Step 3: Enter your mobile number in the required field and tap ‘Register’.
Step 4: You will receive a One-Time Password OTP on the registered mobile number; submit the same.
Step 5: Tap the ‘Wallet’ option, which is appearing at the bottom of the screen.
Navigate to the bottom of the screen and select the "Wallet" option.
Step 6: Now click on the ‘Identity Credentials’ and upload Aadhaar-verified documents.
Step 7: Now capture a selfie as prompted and further review the terms and conditions to complete the registration process.
