BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) --Housing lottery applications are open for 87 units at a new building located near Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Hanson Place Community Plaza is a 13-story mixed-use building located at 142 South Portland Ave. in Fort Green, Brooklyn. The building is minutes away from the Barclays Center, the Atlantic Center Shopping Mall, and the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts.
Residents will also have access to the Nos. 2, 3, and 4 trains and the D, N, R, B, and Q lines.
The building amenities include a shared laundry room, bike storage, on-site resident manager, elevator, rooftop terrace, and community center. The apartments come equipped with stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and intercoms.
