NEW YORK (PIX11) - NJ Transit has proposed to increase fares by 15% in July. The public will get the opportunity to voice their thoughts on the price increase during public hearings beginning in March. Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla joins PIX11 to discuss the fare hike and more.
