HMD Global has now posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) about the upcoming smartphone launch.
The company has confirmed that it will launch the HMD branded smartphone in July this year.
The company shared two images on the platform confirming that the HMD smartphone will come in Grey and Pink colour options. The rear of the upcoming smartphone will house the HMD branding. The company has also confirmed that it will launch a smartphone with 108MP camera. Now, it is expected that the upcoming HMD smartphone may house a 108MP camera.
HMD Global to make a Barbie flip phone
In collaboration with Mattel, HMD Global has unveiled a new Barbie-themed flip phone. However, details such as specifications, price, and release date have not yet been disclosed by the company. Expected to launch later this year, the device is anticipated to be a feature phone.
In addition to the Barbie phone and HMD smartphone, there will be new Nokia-branded devices. HMD has reiterated its dedication to the renowned mobile phone brand. The revival of the Nokia name has been successful for the company in recent years, and it plans to uphold this tradition by releasing an iconic Nokia retro feature phone this summer. This release follows previous remakes of Nokia classics such as the 3310.
