Prasanth Varma said,"When the teaser of HanuMan was released, it went viral in Japan, South Korea, and even countries I hadn't initially considered. While we Indians pray to Hanumanji, it turns out there are many people in Africa who also hold prayers for Hanumanji, a fact we were unaware of until receiving emails from those countries after the teaser release. These emails expressed the desire for our film to be released in their respective countries.
To make this happen, we worked for a couple of months to ensure the film's release in other nations. Recently, we've initiated promotions and are planning visits to Japan and other countries as well."
Talking about the release date, HanuMan star Teja Sajja said,"We had initially planned for a May 2023 release, but due to incomplete language work and other animation graphics, we decided to delay it until December. Subsequently, we identified the best possible date for the film's release, close to Sankranti which is an important date. But it was not planned."
