, expanded health features for the first-gen

Pixel Watch

and new

productivity tools

for

.
Improvements to Call Screen
Call Screen is getting better and can now help get a call started when the caller is silent. With this update, users see a “hello” chip when a caller is unresponsive.

Receivers will just have to tap the button while screening a call, and Google Assistant will prompt the caller to speak.
“If you can’t answer your screened call right away, Google Assistant will let the caller know to wait a bit longer as they try to reach you,” Google said.

Post high-resolution photos, videos directly on Instagram
Pixel phone users can now capture and share vivid 10-bit HDR videos directly on

Instagram Reels

, and upload and share Ultra HDR photos on Instagram feed.
Circle to Search comes to Pixel 7
Google is bringing the Circle to Search feature, which was available on Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones to, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. Users can long-press the Pixel home button or navigation bar and circle, scribble, highlight or tap an image, text, or video, and get the information.

New features for first-gen Pixel Watch
Google is bringing advanced features from Pixel Watch 2 to the first-gen Pixel Watch. Users can now set their goals in Pace Training, Heart Zone Training and even optimise workouts. You can also set personal targets and turn on haptic notifications and voice alerts for when you move from one heart rate zone to another.
There is also a redesigned workouts user interface, which includes larger text and brighter colours. In addition to auto-pause, the smartwatch is also getting auto-start and auto-stop.
Limited screen sharing
With app screen sharing, users can share exactly what they want. Instead of showing the entire screen, users can now use one app at a time when they cast, record or present in a video call on Pixel Tablet, Pixel Fold or Pixel 5a with 5G and newer phones.
These features, along with other ones will begin rolling out to devices and will continue over the next few weeks.
