secured a convincing 126-106 victory over the
Portland Trail Blazers
in San Francisco.
Klay Thompson
led the way for the
Warriors
with 28 points, and Stephen Curry contributed 27 points to the win.
Brandin Podziemski
had an impressive performance with 15 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists, while rookie
Trayce Jackson-Davis
added 13 points, five rebounds, and three assists.
The Trail Blazers, despite a strong start, couldn't maintain their momentum, and the Warriors dominated most of the game.
Anfernee Simons
led the Trail Blazers with 25 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome Golden State's balanced and efficient performance.
The Warriors, who made 10 3-pointers in the game, saw Thompson knock down six of them on 10 attempts. Curry, whose 3-point streak had been snapped in the previous meeting with the Trail Blazers, made two 3-pointers in this game.
Golden State's solid team effort included contributions from Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody, who each scored 11 points. Kevon Looney grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out seven assists, while Chris Paul facilitated the offense with 11 assists and added three steals.
Malcolm Brogdon led the Trail Blazers with 17 points and contributed 12 assists, six rebounds, and three steals. Jerami Grant also scored 17 points, Deandre Ayton added 13 points and six rebounds, and Scoot Henderson scored 12 points.
The win extends Golden State's winning streak to a season-best-tying five games, showcasing the team's strength and depth.
