Girija Lokesh
took to her Facebook account to praise Darshan and the movie.
She wrote, “First of all, my congratulations to the directors of the movie ‘Kaatera’.
I recently watched the film and want to salute the producers for delivering such a commendable piece of work with an engaging storyline. It was akin to experiencing a captivating poetic narrative.”

Girija further added, “Usually, people of my age don’t fancy action-packed sequences, but I thoroughly enjoyed every fight scene. Shruti’s performance was exceptional, especially the poignant moment where she nurtures the baby, which left me teary-eyed. She portrayed her role impeccably.”
She did not hesitate to shower praise on the entire crew and producer of the film. “Every individual involved has contributed significantly, delivering stellar performances. Kudos to the director and congratulations to the producers for their remarkable work. May they continue to produce such exceptional films.”

‘Kaatera’ will have its OTT release on February 9, 2024. It marks the second collaboration of director Tharun Sudhir with Darshan. The film boasts of an ensemble cast including Aradhana Ram, Jagapathi Babu, Kumar Govind, Vinod Kumar Alva, and Srinivasa Murthy.
