Ginger Bell, a marketing professional and founder of Go2Training has joined the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) as its growth officer, the association announced on Monday.
In her new role, Bell will lead initiatives to drive business growth and member value for mortgage professionals. NAMB confirmed that Bell will also lead the development and engagement of its recently created online community platform, Hive.
Hive was originally led by NAMB growth officer Jason Frazier, who has accepted a new opportunity, according to NAMB President Jim Nabors. In a LinkedIn post, NAMB wrote, “As [Ginger] takes the reins, we also thank Jason Frazier for his work in building the Hive. We appreciate all you’ve done for NAMB, Jason!”
Bell also confirmed the news via LinkedIn in a separate post.
“I’m thrilled to step into the role of Growth Officer — and Queen Bee! — of the NAMB Hive. … The Hive is all about connection, collaboration, and helping mortgage professionals grow smarter, faster, and stronger — together,” she wrote.
“Ginger is a rockstar across the mortgage universe,” Nabors said in a statement. “For decades, she has been a trusted leader and an inspiring voice in the mortgage community. We’re fortunate to have someone of her caliber join our organization.
“Her leadership will be instrumental in helping our members and the industry at large grow with integrity, excellence, and professionalism.”
