Board (PCB), revealing that he’s still waiting to be paid for work he did during his brief tenure.
In a candid interview with PakPassion, the Australian great said, “Yes, without going into details. I'm still waiting on some remuneration from work that's been done.” He added, “That’s been a little disappointing, but hopefully it can be sorted sooner rather than later.”

Gillespie’s stint with Pakistan came to an abrupt end after he stepped down as red-ball coach ahead of the upcoming Test series in South Africa.

As per reports, the PCB sidelined Gillespie in major team decisions, including squad selection, despite offering him a key coaching role just a month prior.

Should the PCB prioritize paying former coaches like Jason Gillespie on time?

No, it's not a priorityYes, it's important for maintaining trust

One of Gillespie’s biggest frustrations was reportedly the board's decision not to renew the contract of high-performance coach Tim Nielsen, a figure Gillespie trusted.
Instead, Shahid Aslam was added to the support staff on the recommendation of interim white-ball coach Aaqib Javed -- a move that didn't sit well with Gillespie.

Adding insult to injury, the former Australian pacer allegedly found himself ignored by some PCB officials, with calls going unanswered for weeks. This, despite Gillespie volunteering to coach Pakistan’s white-ball squad during their historic ODI series win in Australia -- their first in 22 years.
The PCB had once hailed Gillespie’s appointment as a turning point, but his departure and claims of unpaid dues now paint a far more chaotic picture behind the scenes.
