welcomed newborn boy Zeehan on May 10 and is thoroughly loving her motherhood experience. However, Gauahar persevered and returned to work. The actress has been diligently working on getting back into shape and finally, after 8 months, she is back to the weight and shape she was when she conceived

Alhamdulillah

back at the weight at which I conceived Zehaan. Ma sha Allah, hard work and perseverance. Now, I just have to get my strength back. Need to put in the hours with training now."
She further added, "Have your back, you are your world first. To all new moms, you can look after yourself. Don't be dependent on others to put in the work for you. 8 months postpartum."
Earlier, Gauahar had celebrated the moment when her little munchkin Zehaan turned 8 months old, she wrote a long note, “Our beautiful boy is #8months today... #allahummabaariklahu. This is a much older shoot but every moment with him has been pure joy and hence perfect to share. 4 months of Zehaan.. need to plan another one now that he is 8 months old. Bless you.
