Gangster Goldy Brar Declared Terrorist By India

Wanted criminal Goldy Brar alias Satinderjit Singh – the alleged mastermind in the murder of Punjabi singer Siddhu Moose wala -- has been named a terrorist under anti-terror law UAPA.

Brar, suspected to be in Canada, is wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and various states.

Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in his SUV near his village Moosa in Punjab's Mansa district on May 29 last year.

Goldy Brar had later admitted in a Facebook post that he had planned the murder to avenge the killing of another gangster.
