England name playing XI for 1st Test vs India, Hartley to debut

team has announced its playing eleven for the opening Test match of the five-Test series against India, scheduled to commence in Hyderabad on Thursday.
The team includes four spinners and one seamer, with Lancashire's left-arm spinner

Tom Hartley

poised to make his Test debut.
Ollie Pope, Ben Foakes, Rehan Ahmed and Jack Leach have been included in the team, marking their return after not being part of the squad in the last Test against Australia at The Oval last summer.
