The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has opened applications for the Head (Administration) position on a contract basis for its Noida Campus.
This one-year role, extendable up to two years, offers a challenging opportunity for experienced candidates to lead administrative activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Administration will oversee various administrative functions, including infrastructure and estate management, transport, personnel, security, horticulture, sanitation, stores and purchase, facilities, student affairs, and MDP hostels.
Reporting to the Dean of Noida Campus, the role entails executing assigned administrative duties in alignment with the institute's rules and policies.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree from a recognised university or institute and possess at least 15 years of relevant experience in administration and allied areas.
In exceptional cases, the requirement for a postgraduate degree may be relaxed.
Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with Central Government regulations, and excellent communication skills are essential.
The age range for applicants is 50-57 years.
SALARY AND PERKS
Selected candidates are expected to reside on the campus, with unfurnished accommodation provided based on availability.
