Ravi Teja, who recently appeared in 'Tiger Nageswara Rao', is back in yet another massy avatar. The film, 'Eagle', is an action-thriller, directed by Kartik Ghattamaneni. 'Eagle' released along with Rajinikanth's 'Lal Salaam' (Tamil). The film, on its second day of release, crossed the Rs 10 crore-mark in India. It earned roughly Rs 4.75 crore on Saturday.
According to industry tracking site Sacnilk, 'Eagle' raked Rs 4.75 crore on its second day of release at the Indian box office. With Ravi Teja's not-so-regular performance, the film is expected to see a growth in numbers in the upcoming days.
'Eagle' had an overall occupancy of 32.84 per cent (Telugu) on Friday. On the other hand, its Hindi occupancy was 9.02 per cent. The film's total earnings now stands at Rs 10.95 crore net in India.

After delivering an out-of-the-box performance in 'Tiger Nageswara Rao', Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is seen in the pan-India film 'Eagle' in a never-seen-before avatar. It was earlier reported that the film would have a Sankranthi release, but it got postponed to February 9.
Produced by People Media Factory, 'Eagle' also features Anupama Parameswaran, Kavya Thapar, Navdeep, Srinivas Avasarala and Madhubala in significant roles. The movie is written, directed and edited by Karthik.
