In a fit of road rage, Loughlin and another driver pulled into a parking lot near Route 109 and Edel Avenue Saturday around 8:10 p.m., police said.

They got out of their cars and started arguing, when Loughlin allegedly got back into his car and crashed into the man’s car multiple times, police said. Loughlin then allegedly ran over the 51-year-old, sending him to the hospital, police said.

Police accused Loughlin of fleeing the scene. He is expected in court on Monday.
