Doctor couple's arguments turn ugly, wife sets flat on fire

Zone II deputy commissioner of police Navneet Kanwat told TOI: "The complainant is a neurologist and he has lodged a complaint against his wife who, too, is a medical practitioner. The preliminary probe has revealed that the couple had been engaged in a heated argument since Sunday evening."
The officer, while terming the incident serious, said it could have caused significant loss of life and property, and even the other residents of the apartment had been put at serious risk.

Police maintained that at the time of incident only the couple were present in the flat.
