Aamir Khan expresses displeasure over the tag of Mr. Perfectionist; says 'I am just trying hard'
Earlier, in an exclusive interview with ETimes, Siddharth opened up about his experience of working with a star son and if he ever had to control himself about being stern with Junaid, as he is Aamir Khan’s son. He said , “ Not at all, I’m like his brother, father, friend. I've known him for 4 years now, so if I have to shout, I'll shout, if I have to say something, I'll say it with love. But, I think he and I were on the same page, and we were seeing the same film. We spent an entire year doing readings between him, me and Sneha Desai ( writer). So, during that time we developed our own chemistry and tuning, we have mutual respect for each other and it'll remain, I think, forever. We like the same subjects, we like the same kind of stories, and we get each other. So, I think as an
actor
, it's his job to understand where I'm coming from, and what I want, and in what tone."
“So with him, it was never about he’s someone’s son, it was he’s my actor, he’s my Karsan (Karsandas Mulji). And this was mine and his life on the line, so I have to deliver him in the best way possible. So, I think he's given me everything, and I'm very happy, people are loving it, and I'm very, very happy for the thousand offers he's got right now, which he's not talking about” he added.
