Panaji: Water resources minister Subhash
Shirodkar
on Monday expressed disappointment that a junior engineer from his department was allegedly
involved
in the cash-for-jobs scam. Shirodkar said that govt would take necessary action and emphasised that anyone involved in such scams would face legal consequences.
