Upon being denied helicopter, an independent candidate in Bihar's Samastipur took a bullock cart ride to file for a nomination. The independent candidate, Amresh Rai, didn't get permission to go on a helicopter for the nomination filing. However, he reached to file his nomination on a bullock cart. Watch the full video.
