National Testing Agency (NTA) is anticipated to release the eagerly awaited Joint Central Scientific & Industrial Research–University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (Joint CSIR-UGC NET) December 2023 result on its official website - csirnet.nta.ac.in, probably in the last week of January 2024. This year, a substantial number of 2,19,146 candidates participated in the examination.
Upon the release of the result, candidates will be able to promptly access and download it, gaining insights into their qualifying status.
Additionally, the
CSIR NET eligibility certificate
will accompany the result PDF, offering further clarity to the candidates. At the same time, the Agency will release the final answer key of the examination.
The NTA efficiently conducted the Joint CSIR-UGC NET from December 26th to December 28th, 2023. The examination, facilitated in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, witnessed the active participation of candidates across 356 examination centres spread across 176 cities nationwide.
The CSIR NET is conducted by the National Testing Agency at the national level, occurring twice a year in online mode. The exam comprises two shifts: Shift I from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon and Shift II from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm, with a total duration of 180 minutes.
