NEW JERSEY (PIX11) – A crab in New Jersey has predicted the Kansas City Chiefs will win Super Bowl LVIII this Sunday.

Football experts are weighing in on who will win the big game between the Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. So, the SEA LIFE New Jersey Aquarium in East Rutherford asked their smartest sea creature to predict the big game.

Their football-predicting spider crab has been making his picks for the Jets and Giants games all season. So, the aquarists at SEA LIFE asked him to predict the winner of Sunday’s big game.

The staff placed the teams' helmets into his exhibit, and without any hesitation, the crab decided that the Chiefs would be the winner by making his way over to their helmet.

The crab will either be named Brock after Brock Purdy of the 49ers or Patrick after Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs. The winning team will determine the crab's name on Sunday.
