Color Factory Settlement: How to get repaid for ticket fees

HUDSON SQUARE, Manhattan (PIX11) – Have you been to the Color Factory recently? You may be entitled to financial compensation.

Due to a class action lawsuit settlement, visitors who purchased tickets online to the Color Factory between Aug. 29, 2022, and Jan. 23, 2024 may be eligible to receive a payment.

To receive a portion of the settlement, Color Factory visitors who purchased tickets online must submit a claim form by Dec. 23.

In January 2024 Color Factory was sued, accused of not disclosing the fees for electronic tickets before they were selected for purchase.

The company has admitted no wrongdoing but has agreed to pay a settlement of about $714,705. Additionally, Color Factory has changed the purchase flow for tickets on its website to display taxes and fees.
