NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Expect early-morning blue skies to give way to a mix of sun and clouds later Sunday. Winds will begin to increase as well, and gusts in excess of 30 mph are possible.

It will be cooler than Saturday as winds switch over to a northwest direction. Afternoon highs will be in the upper 60s to mid-70s. In addition, a stray shower could form, but most areas should stay dry.

Look for conditions to stay on the bright side for tomorrow and Tuesday. Starting Wednesday, the region will see temperatures drop and rainy conditions.
