A 30-year-old bouncer, working at a hotel, died after a speeding car hit his bike in Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills area, police said. The incident, which was caught on CCTV camera, occurred in the early hours of Wednesday.

In the CCTV, the victim, Tarak Ram, was seen riding his bike with his colleague Raju as a pillion, when a black car, suspected to be an Audi, hit their bike near Peddamma Temple and sped away.

The collision was so severe that both the men were tossed up in the air, the CCTV shows. While Tarak Ram died on the spot, Raju was hospitalised with serious injuries.

The family of Tarak Ram protested at the Jubilee Hills police station over the delay in identifying the vehicle and the arrest of the accused.
