Brooklyn affordable housing lottery offers units starting at $617

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- An affordable housing lottery in the Bronx is offering one-bedrooms starting at $617.

The Euclid Glenmore Apartments, located at 437 Euclid Ave., has 53 units available in the eight-story building, according to Housing Connect. Solo residents must make between $24,480- $29, 670 to apply for the unit.

There are also two-bedroom units available for $1,364 and $1,682. The building also has an "on-site supportive services center and a vibrant community facility that offers essential amenities, including childcare and medical services," according to Mega Contracting Group.
