Bring back ferry service between Brooklyn, Staten Island: Electeds

NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – City Council Members are looking to create an easier commute between Staten Island and Southern Brooklyn. They want to restore an old ferry line between Saint George Terminal on Staten Island and the former 69th Street ferry pier in Brooklyn.

The service was discontinued back in 1964, after the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge opened.

Some residents to only be charged $15 for internet under NY policy

The city brought back the 69th Street ferry pier in Bay Ridge in 2017, but the ferries don't run between Brooklyn and Staten Island.
