Bragging rights on the line in Queens' Best Burger contest

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) --- Twelve eateries are vying to be named the best burger in Queens in the borough's inaugural contest.

Residents can now vote for their favorite burger joint among the dozen finalists in the Queens' Best Burger competition, officials said. The voting closes on Friday, June 14. The winner will be crowned on June 21.

  • Acey Ducey’s- Metropolitan Avenue, Forest Hills
  • Banjos BBQ - Skillman Avenue, Sunnyside
  • Burger Queens - 23rd Avenue, East Elmhurst
  • Burgers Tacos Wings & Seafood - Merrick Boulevard, Jamaica
  • Donovan’s Pub - Roosevelt Avenue, Woodside
  • Emoji Burger - 37th Avenue, Jackson Heights
  • F. Ottomanelli - Woodside Avenue, Woodside
  • Katch Astoria (Newtown Avenue, Astoria
  • Neir’s Tavern - 78th Street, Woodhaven
  • Petey’s Burger - 30th Avenue, Astoria
  • Press 195 - Bell Boulevard, Bayside
  • Ryan's Bar & Grill - Union Turnpike, Bayside

“Burgers are at the heart of summer get-togethers, and we are so excited to highlight this beloved classic with our contest,” said Tom Grech, president and CEO of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. “I know all the nominated restaurants offer different and amazing takes on the summer staple, but I can’t wait to see who sizzles their way to the winning spot!”
