Boy, 12, fell on subway tracks in Brooklyn: NYPD

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) --- A 12-year-old boy suffered minor injuries after falling onto the tracks at a Brooklyn subway station Tuesday morning, authorities said.

The child fell on the northbound tracks of the L line at the Metropolitain Avenue-Lorimer Street stop at around 8:30 a.m., police said. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No criminality is suspected, police said.
