NEW JERSEY (PIX11) -- If you've lived in New Jersey long enough, you may remember those blue license plates everyone used to drive around with.
They were used in the Garden State from 1979 to 1992. Now, a bill to bring back the plates has been reintroduced.
If the legislation passes, an application for a blue plate would cost $50 and an annual $10 fee.
