NEW YORK (PIX11) -- New York City is a place where you can always find a good show, and tickets are seemingly always in demand; a new report from StubHub now shares the most in-demand concerts in the city.
Billy Joel is the best-selling artist in New York City this summer when it comes to tickets, according to StubHub. His final concert on July 25 ranked as the fifth best-selling concert in the country this summer.
Here are the top five-selling artists this summer in New York City:
- Billy Joel, June 8, 25, Madison Square Garden
- Luke Combs, July 19-20, MetLife Stadium
- Foo Fighters, July 17,19, Citi Field
- Noah Kahan, July 15-16, Madison Square Garden
- Justin Timberlake, June 25-26, Madison Square Garden
Events across New York City make up for the most tickets sold on StubHub out of all the cities in the U.S., according to the report. It ranks second in the highest amount of sales for the summer, just behind Las Vegas.
