BENGALURU: The

Yellow Line corridor

comprises a

double-deck flyover

between

Ragi Gudda

and Central Silk Board. While the lower deck will be for vehicles, the upper level is for

Metro trains

.

BMRCL

is expected to partially open the road flyover between Ragi Gudda and

Central Silk Board

by this month-end.
The structure has three ramps at Central Silk Board.

The lower deck will be opened for motorists travelling from Ragi Gudda side to

HSR Layout

(Outer Ring Road) and Electronics City (Hosur Road). “Earlier, it was planned to open the ramps for motorists in May, but rain delayed the works.
We are confident of opening the ramps for motorists by June,” said an official. Construction works for the ramps from HSR Layout to BTM Layout are expected to require an additional year to complete.
