The inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024 will be graced by the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a distinguished guest list comprising cricketers, celebrities, and industrialists. Expecting to host over 7,000 guests, including international attendees, and drawing a massive gathering of devotees, the inauguration ceremony will be a cultural and spiritual spectacle.
Noteworthy is the Department of Telecommunications' (DoT) concerted efforts to seamlessly conduct the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony, where technology will harmonise with tradition.

The event is not confined to the sacred grounds of Ayodhya; it will transcend borders and be live-streamed at the iconic Times Square in New York City.
Embracing a fusion of technological innovation and religious tradition, the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony will feature several cutting-edge technologies to ensure a flawless execution:
Artificial Intelligence-enabled CCTVs

The surveillance cameras deployed across the city will retain recorded footage for an extended period of 90 days.
Tyre Killers
Throughout the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony, this technology will prevent unauthorised vehicles from gaining entry to the premises, ensuring the secure closure of roads and access points leading to various establishments like hotels and offices.
Anti-drone Technology
This technology is capable of identifying and intercepting undesired drones by scanning specific radio frequencies or even recognizing individual drone models through their command protocols.

Intelligent Traffic Management System
This system aims to guarantee secure and hassle-free travel for visitors while ensuring smooth traffic flow. Its deployment is planned at 20 locations in Ayodhya, with the boxes transmitting crucial information to the central control room during emergencies.
Crash-Rated Bollards
These security bollards are specifically designed to safeguard high-priority structures from coordinated vehicular attacks. They possess the capability to scan any vehicle passing through the Janmabhoomi Path, complemented by the presence of boom barriers.
AI and Machine Learning (ML)
Both of these technologies will facilitate adaptive modifications depending on the real-time movement of the crowd, ensuring a consistent signal strength throughout the inauguration of the Ram Temple.
