Autistic girl, 10, reported missing in the Bronx: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) --- Authorities are searching for an autistic 10-year-old girl who was reported missing in the Bronx on Friday, police said.

Sofia De La Cruz was last seen in Pelham Bay Park by Middletown Road and Stadium Avenue at around 1:30 p.m., according to the NYPD. The child was wearing a black jacket, a flannel shirt, boots, and grey sweatpants, police said.

Submit tips to police by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), visiting crimestoppers.nypdonline.org, downloading the NYPD Crime Stoppers mobile app, or texting 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577. Spanish-speaking callers are asked to dial 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
