BUSHWICK, Brooklyn (PIX11) – At least nine people were injured Tuesday morning in a Brooklyn apartment fire, according to the FDNY.
It broke out on Evergreen Avenue in Bushwick around 2:50 a.m. The FDNY said 60 firefighters and EMS workers responded to the scene.
The fire started on the first floor, according to fire officials. One person suffered life-threatening injuries in the fire, per the FDNY.
It was put out around 3:30 a.m. It's not known what caused the fire.
