Ashok Leyland bags MSRTC order for 2,104 buses

Ashok Leyland

has bagged an order from

Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation

(

MSRTC

) for 2,104 fully built Viking passenger

buses

.
This will contribute to strengthening Ashok Leyland’s position in the bus segment.
MSRTC is one of the largest state transport undertakings in the country with over 15,000 buses in its stable.

With this order, Ashok Leyland buses will dominate its fleet.
These fully built buses will be manufactured at Ashok Leyland’s bus body plants.
