NEW DELHI: A video of a batter getting bamboozled while playing an 'unbelievable' delivery took social media by storm on Monday and left the cricket lovers in total disbelief.
The spin bowler, whose action resembled to legendary Muttiah Muralitharan, floored the batter as his delivery turned square after pitching.
In the clip, the off-spinner bowlers can be seen throwing a loopy, tossed up delivery, which the batter failed to read miserably.

As the batter shuffled and went across to smack it on the on side, the ball turned almost 90 degree, rattled the stumps and left the batter shell shocked.
Reacting to the video, commentator

Aakash Chopra

labelled the vicious turner as the '

Ball of the Century

'.

"Paji tayaar hain. Oye ye kis tareke ka action hai? Ball unchi. Arre itni! Itni turn? Wow! Bhaisaab ye 'Ball of the Century' hai. Ye Muttiah Muralitharan se bhi zyada turn wali ball hai. Ye unbelieveable hai, said Aakash Chopra in a video posted on X. (The batsman is ready. What kind of an action is this? Tossed up delivery. So much turn! Wow. This is the Ball of the Century. It has turned more than what Muttiah Muralitharan's used to do.)
Chopra was one among many who reacted to the viral video on social media. From mocking the batter to praising the bowler, the social media was flooded with reactions.
