'Animal' box office Day 15: Ranbir Kapoor's film inches towards Rs 800 crore

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film 'Animal', featuring Ranbir Kapoor, is on a rampage at the box office, aiming for Rs 800 crore worldwide. In India, the film is soon to cross the Rs 600 crore mark.

‘Animal’ seems to be on a rampage at the box office. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga film, which features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, is now aiming at Rs 800 crore mark worldwide. In India, the film will soon be crossing the Rs 060 crore mark.

‘ANIMAL’ AIMS AT RS 800 CRORE MARK WORLDWIDE AT BOX OFFICE

'Animal' took on Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur' at the box office worldwide. While both the films received love from the audience, ‘Animal’ seems to be unstoppable at the box office. The Ranbir Kapoor-starrer has collected a whopping Rs 484.34 crore nett in India. On Day 15, i.e., December 15, the film reportedly minted Rs 7.50 crore.

If we take the collection in the international market into consideration, then the film has collected Rs 568.4 crore gross in India and Rs 215.6 crore gross abroad. So, the total collection for Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film stands at Rs 784 crore.

Given that there are no major releases before ‘Dunki’ and ‘Salaar’, the film is expected to do even more business at the box office.

ABOUT ‘ANIMAL’

‘Animal’ has been written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead, the film also starred Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri, Shakti Kapoor, and Siddhanth Karnik amongst others. The film is about the tumultuous relationship between a father and son. Ranbir played the role of Ranvijay, who is a ruthless man consumed by vengeance.
