Alternate Side Parking suspended tomorrow in NYC due to snow preps

NEW YORK (PIX11) – New Yorkers won't have to worry about moving their car on Tuesday, according to the Department of Transportation.

Alternate Side Parking is suspended due to snow preparations. You will still need to pay at parking meters, the DOT said.

Multiple chances of snow are in the forecast throughout the week starting Tuesday evening. Nearly 5 inches of snow accumulation was dumped in the Big Apple Saturday night into Sunday.
