GREENPOINT, Brooklyn (PIX11) -- Two new housing lotteries have opened in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, offering over 100 units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The properties are listed on the NYC Housing Connect website, an online portal where people can find and apply for affordable housing opportunities in New York City.
The first lottery is for The Dome at 237 McGuinness Boulevard. Five studios, five one-bedrooms, and eleven two-bedroom units are available.

Amenities include covered parking, a gymnasium, a yoga/dance studio, a green space, and a rooftop terrace.
The eligible income range is $65,109-$227,500 per household.

The second lottery is for the Greenpoint Central Apartments at 65 Dupont Street. Twenty-six studios, 43 one-bedroom, and 15 two-bedroom apartments are available.

Amenities include covered parking, washers and dryers in units, a children's playroom, and a media room.
The eligible income range is $68,949-$227,500 per household.
