Affordable housing complex in the Bronx offers rent starting at $654

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – A new affordable housing complex in the Bronx has apartments with rent starting at $654.

The max rent for this elevator building is expected to be $1,581. Forty-five units are set aside for New Yorkers who make between $26,229 and $100,620.

The Geel Webster Avenue Apartments are located at 3095 Webster Ave. The complex had studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The amenities include a shared laundry room, energy-efficient appliances, and a playground.
