Abrar Qazi: Who says Kumkum Bhagya is going off air? These are just rumours

Kumkum Bhagya is one of the longest running shows on TV. Currently there is buzz that the show may go ofd air in a month. The show began in April 2014 and has had been a part of TRP charts for a long time. It has also seen a number of leaps and new actors. The first season had Shabbir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha playing the lead roles. The second season had

Krishna Kaul

and

Mugdha Chaphekar

and the third generation,

Abrar Qazi

and Rachi Sharma entered the show around two months ago.

Ww spoke to Abrar Qazi about the rumours. He said, "These are rumours. I have no such information. I entered the show in November and it has been just two months since our track started. I am glad to have joined another show of the same production house after Yeh Hai Chahatein got over."
On the personal front, Abrar took a one-and-a-half-month break after his track in Yeh Hai Chahatein got over. He said, "I went home to Kashmir. I had a great time meeting people and my friends. I went to so many places and spent time with my family. I wanted to stay longer - had planned to be at home for three months - but then I got a call for this show and came back to Mumbai to shoot. I am happy to shoot for Kumkum Bhagya."
Abrar has acted in a film Laila Majnu before foraying into TV. He has also done a TV show Gathbandhan.
