7 people injured after NJ Transit bus crashes into ditch

NEW JERSEY (PIX11) -- Seven people were injured after a NJ Transit bus crashed into a ditch on Tuesday, officials said.
The crash happened near Port Reading Avenue at around 4:50 p.m. when a NJ Transit bus with 16 passengers collided with two cars, officials said. The bus operating on the 48 line was heading to Elizabeth, officials said.
Woodbridge Township police are investigating the cause of the crash.
