MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Five people were slashed at a homeless shelter in Harlem on Friday, according to the NYPD.
The incident happened on East 123rd Street around 5:36 p.m., police said.
Police said five people sustained minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals. A person of interest was taken into custody, according to police.
